I rent often from Enterprise in Ruston, LA for work and personal reasons. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff and they have tried to accommodate my requests to the extent possible. It is nearly impossible to rent a car in the South that does not smell of cigarette smoke. I don't think this is an Enterprise problem, however. I wonder when the rental companies will start installing smoke alarms in the cabins (like airplane restrooms).
Absolutely slow and terrible I just simply don’t get it
By far the worst experience I have had with any rental. And I work for a company that does business with Enterprise.... for now. They lied about the cost of the BASIC car for 3 weeks saying it was only around $400. I used my company credit card for the deposit and by the holding a company credit card I did not have to show my personal insurance. This is what they told me. Then they charged me over $400 extra for insurance coverage I didn't need saying I signed the box for it. I explained that was a mistake per their own policies they told me. They said there was nothing they could do that they had to charge me for it. I found out that was a lie. Also they told me it was not a full credit card from my company because it had my name on it!! As is with every company credit card so you can show you are the person on the card with your ID...... yet another lie they told me. They charged me $1,033 for a 3 week smallest car rental. Then they told me it would only be $833 after the $200 deposit came back. Over 3 weeks has gone by so I called them and they told me they must have told me wrong because it was $1,233 dollars total and the $200 deposit which was not returned made it $1,033 total I paid. I was lied to, taken advantage of, and literally stolen from. I recommend anyone to stay as far away from this location and company as you can. Hertz would have done it all for under $450. but because we do business with Enterprise and got a discount I used them and of course no discount was offered!! Never again and am doing my best to get my company to go with Hertz nation wide now.
Horrible service never rent a car from these people is it it'll be the worst mistake ever
The employees were not very friendly.Our time was not valuable to them.We were being checked out by one employee when another customer came in, who didn't even have a reservation, another employee was waiting on him. When he went to choose a car for him the girl doing us just stopped literally right in the middle of taking car of us, to decide on what car to give him. I guess since he didn't have a reservation he didn't have many choices. They got in a discussion on how much gas certain vans would use. So she gave him a free tank of gas. Then he wanted to know what kind of seats it had in it. She was looking all this up on the computer that she was in the middle of checking us out on. He was in his van with a free tank of gas and long gone way before we were.The car was clean.
