Me, my husband, and our two boys came in to get a shirt for my son. We found a shirt in about 10 minutes. We went to the counter to pay for the shirt, and the girl behind the counter didn't speak to us. She left from behind the counter on her phone the whole time and went to the front of the store completely ignoring us. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone coming to help us even though two other employees walked right by without saying anything. I finally spoke up and asked if they wanted us to pay for our items or just walk out with them. One of the girls told me sure if I wanted to go to jail. Then another employee finally came to help us check out. The absolute most horrible experience we've ever had at a rue21.
