This place is horrible!!! The guy with the beard is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. He is everything you should not have as an employee that deals with customers. On the other hand, I have been given conflicting stories about my repair. I brought in a tv to be repaired under warranty and I have had to do ALL the leg work in trying to get my tv fixed. The owner told me that their tech said there were no signs of physical damage now the bearded rude guy is saying opposite. I will never buy from these guys and I would urge everyone else to do the same. If I could give negative stars I would. Also, if you bring in a tv for repair they will chunk it without ever giving you notice. Not even a phone call. Please for your sake choose not to deal with the company.
I had an awesome experience here. I went in with my two year old and they were super friendly to us the second we walked through the door. The man working at the time was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be returning for all of my appliances.
