Delivered on time but not what I ordered; called to ask why the order wasn't close to what we talked about and was told basically the manager would address...two weeks later and still waiting on the call.
I ordered a casket spray and was very disappointed. What I asked for and what was made we’re not the same. I had seen their work and this was why I went to them. Not sure if I will ever go back ☹️
I had an issue 1 time with delivery date. After talking with the owner she apologized and refunded my money. On top of that they made a whole new arrangement and sent it on the right day. I wasnt happy with the mistake, but they were very professional about it and i would use them again. Customer service wss great in my opinion.
