The nail techs were RUDE. Left previously polish on my nails, Halfway glued my nail on and put acrylic ontop of it to cover it but it still showed through. Halfways polished my nails and my toes, my nails had spots of polish missing all over it and my toes had paint all over them! Got attitude when asked to fix a shape and when I asked to put clear on my nails. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. They shouldn't even get a star
I have been going there for many years now. The last time I went they were VERY RUDE, particularly the manicure technicians. I have been doing the dip powder for several months and the last time I went there they hurt my nails REALLY BAD. They removed the old dip powder work I had by polishing them so much that they partially got rid of my nails!! My nails are now dented and almost gone in some parts. See the pic! Don't do manicure there! Sooner or later they will do something like that to you as well.
I used to go here almost every two weeks for nearly a year. Nail techs are very rude. Got a deluxe pedicure and a refill from them as a suggestion, and my nails were lifting before I left the parking lot. Then when I spoke with the owner, he told me to come back the next day to get them fixed, however when I arrived, they charged me for a nail repair! Terrible service. Half painted toenails. Charge extra for everything! Very overpriced for half a$$ work. I will NEVER go back here, and I adamantly dissuade others from going too.
I always get the dip powder on my nails with a shinny gel polish top coat (the polish that needs the light to dry). These people refused to give me a gel top coat after I insisted on having it done several times. The way this salon does the dip is they usually buff the nail at the end with no glossy top coat at all. So they kept talking me out getting the gel top coat because that’s not “how they do things”. They said it will break the nails because I got the dip. I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and I have NEVER had a nail break period. And I ALWAYS get the dip with a clear gel polish top coat. I also came here a few weeks ago and got the same thing (dip powder) but didn’t pay attention to the end when they buff the nail instead of giving a glossy top coat. I didn’t say anything that time. But this time I did! And I informed them that I already tried the buffed nails and I didn’t like them. They didn’t care. They just kept making excuses and then called me picky. On top of that, the lady that did my nails cut my cutical and made me bleed. The lady said that no one ever comes back for a redo when they buff the nail. Well if they don’t like the way you did the nails, they probably went somewhere else!. Which is what I will be doing!. I will not be coming back to this place.
I absolutely love this nail salon! I recently got a French tip full set and it came out perfectly! However, Nail salon is quite expensive but completely worth it... it's true when they say, "you get what you pay for"... completely satisfied! Thanks Le Vogue!
