The utter lack of professionalism by the social workers, therapist and psychiatrist was appalling. The therapeutic environment consists solely of locking you into one group room with a television on. They are misleading and breach contract regarding confidentiality between you and your stay. I'm currently working on retrieving the rest of my paperwork from them as I originally requested and was mailed only my medical, not admission etc. Know your rights as a patient. I will be taking them to court over breach of contract which has now compromised my personal relationship with my own psychiatrist because a "social worker" located there named Cassandra threatened me over the phone when I called to retrieve my files from serenity that she knew my psychiatrist personally and would share my info as she saw fit.
