The ER staff at this facility is the best one I have ever been a patient of. Having migraines and Lyme disease means I've been to several in the past 10 years but NLMC is hands down the best. I am treated quickly more courteously and just all around better!
Been several times for x-rays, CT scans, blood work, etc... They're always very polite and professional, rarely have to wait longer than five to ten minutes. I always go early in the day so maybe that's why.
Worst ER ever. Long wait times no matter what your problem is. The doctor didn't even do anything besides give me the paperwork for medication that I said make the situation worse the last time. When they gave me the prescription for a different medication, they didn't even give me all the papers for the new medicine. And then the doctor didn't even know how the test results came back and also didn't tell me what the problem was. The nurse also tried to give me a penicillin shot even after stating I was allergic to penicillin.
Best labor & delivery! Great nurses, doctors & all around staff. Food was good & they make you feel very welcome & cared for.
The nurses were so rude. My mom was crying in the back of the room. She was in agonizing pain. They refused to help her because they assumed since we were poor she must be a drug seeker. They left my mom sit in a room for two hours before even coming in. All they told us was she was faking it and discharged her. They put her in a wheel chair and kicked her out in the winter! IF YOU NEED MEDICAL HELP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
