They took the word of a 'supposedly' grieving spouse (totally unprofessional) and reporting false accusations against me. The complaint I filed against this branch with the LDI clearly states my ailing mother's intentions and that on principal... no wrongdoing occurred on MY BEHALF! I have the whole transcript.
I've been with State Farm most of my life, and I have my own agent here in Texas; total professionals, all business, and great communicators. They're focused on facts and what's in black and white... instead of being in their feelings and making decisions based off of emotions.
This is strictly based on this branch; not State Farm as a whole. I've never met the people in this office (and never want to)... however, they (well Missy for sure) made slanderous remarks against me when I was trying to handle an affair for my ailing mother; totally unprofessional and lack any morals or integrity. Another example of small town people with small town minds... involving themselves in personal matters instead of being professional and taking care of a client's business affairs.
Now the same 'supposedly' grieving spouse, that they were siding with, is trying to sue State Farm... hmmm, interesting turn of events.
