I want to suggest a splash pad be added to the park. We moved here from south Louisiana were almost ALL public parks have a "Splash Park" that has a recyclable water system. One here in Lincoln Parish would really increase revenue for the Park...
Nice place to have fun with family, there is a small clean bleach. There is a long path to walk or you can do cycling with some shady places and benches to sit on. Fun place.
We love this park. It has a great playground that is handicap friendly. The walking path around the lake is 1.3 miles with some shady spots. They have lifeguards at the beach. Then best of all epic mountain biking trials. A truly family oriented place!

The best place for a family to have fun and relax. Great for Girl and Boy Scouting as well
