I called TKP to have a blockage cleared and they told me they would send someone out to fix the issue.....Two and a half weeks later I still had not heard anything from them, and when I called back they said they would send someone out that day. No one showed up and I called seven times the next morning, and every time they hung up on me. I will never call them again, as they were very unprofessional.

Damaged new bathroom fixtures. The owner wanted to explain to us how it was our fault and they weren't liable for any damage. Given, this was in an empty house, how could it be our fault that brand new fixtures had pipe wrench marks and scratches all over them. He treated us like we were second class citizens. Stay away from this guy unless you like bad service and disrespectful management. Take a look at the pictures I uploaded of the damaged shower fixture. This was new in the package without any damage when they were asked to install this.
