Called several times to come look at my water heater. He only picked up *maybe* half the time I called to set up an appointment. Once when he did pick up, he said he would call me the next morning to let me know when he's coming. Of course he never did. The only time he actually told me he would come over, he told me a time, and just never showed up. Seriously disappointed.
My husband and I both called to schedule an appointment to get lines relocated they never answered and never returned our message. Finally when someone answered I scheduled an appointment tech came out took measurementso said he would get back with me with a quote, never heard from him. VERY DISAPPOINTED DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL
