Great apartments and clubhouse staff. I will be recommending my friends. I love how I'm paying not much more than a dorm and getting so much more for my money. Just wanted to add that the maintenance crew is very nice and willing to look into any issues. I had an issue with my kitchen light and walked into apartment to them fixing it. They were not only very friendly, but also looked into another issue, I had and fixed it while there. They assured me that making sure residents issuers are fixed was their priority and that they try to get to all of them as quick as possible.
Arguably one of the best complexes in Ruston. Apartments are well maintained, and the complex is nice. All the community amenities and activities are great. The customer service is very nice and helpful. Maintenance after work orders are fast and good. They have different rules about taking care of the apartment and other things, they enforce them with small fees, but it’s because the facilities are top notch and that’s how they keep them that way. All around an amazing living experience!
What I love about University Crossing is the staff. Everyone knows me by name and always answers any questions that I may have. They also do a lot of fun events to get to know the residents and always have giveaways going on. I also love that everyone has their own bedrooms and bathroom; not many places around here do.
I had absolutely no problem paying the fees, I just simply wanted a breakdown of what exactly I was paying for and why I had to pay for them twice. When I contacted the leasing office (several emails and phone calls) nobody bothered to email or call me back. I made it very clear I wasn't trying to "get out of" not paying the fees, I just simply wanted a breakdown of everything I was paying for and why I was paying for move out fees twice. After that shady experience, I'm not sure I would recommend living here to anybody
This apartment was a great place to live. It put my parents at ease knowing I was living in a rather safe environment. All maintenance requests were completed the next day. My only complaint is that after I moved out I received notifications about move out fees, once in July and then another in August.
Having one bathroom is the most glorious thing ever!! This is so much better than on campus. So much more space to hang out and office activities are a blast! There are always events happening involving free food and drinks! I’ve recommended living here to so many people!
