Pet Star is the best!!! They are so caring and professional. The moment my husband & I started our tour of their facility a couple weeks ago we felt at ease. If you're going out of town and need a place to leave your furbaby, PetStar is the place to go! We did not worry for one minute and they kept our precious Tucker in one of their Deluxe Suites for 7 days while we were away:-) When we picked him up today he had just been groomed and they brought him to the front to greet us... Our overall experience was wonderful!!!!

I came to Rustin from Lake Charles to stay a few days and forgot to bring my pets prescription cat food! Babysat suffers from chronic pancreatitis and he's an older cat. I called Petstar right at their closing time, and after telling my delima they stayed open for me to purchase the food my cat needed. I'm so appreciative for the kindness, patience and concern they showed me! This town has a wonderful vetinary service with Petstar!!!
