The place I was purchasing my juice from shut down so I had to find a new place. For starters, it was awesome they were open on a Sunday!!!! Secondly, the guy working behind the counter was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about everything vape related. Lastly, the store had a nice atmosphere and was very clean, not to mention they had a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I also love the fact that when you test the flavors they are in a real tank with a nice mod. Many other places only offer flavor testing in a small "pen style" mod (or not at all) and you can't really taste. I will be coming back here from now on!!!!
Altitude is a phenomenal place. The employees and shop owners are always friendly, and go out of their way to make sure and get you precisely what you are looking for. Quality products and brands for everything from pens, to mods, and juices. I encourage anyone who vapes to go in and give them a try!
I love this place! The people are amazing. I've called many times and had them pull my things so I can just swing in and help it out. I always go before I go out of town. They offer so much more than other vape shops.
Altitude is a great example of how businesses should operate. Within an hour of my previous review, I was in contact with the owner and had my only complaint settled.
Love this place. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. I have a vape shop right down the road from me but still drive the 45 minute drive to go to altitude. Staff is amazing, stock is amazing, and prices are unbeatable
I love the store. They always have new selections of liquids and hardware, and are willing to custom order products if they do not have it. Customer service is great and the employees are very helpful.
