Good place to do some homework or write a paper for class. The chai latte is one of my favorites.

Great place to get some coffee/tea and study or hangout with people. Staff is super friendly and bathrooms are clean. They change up their seasonal menu every once in a while to keep things fresh and the staff will help you pick an option if you're indecisive or unknowledgeable about coffee/tea.
I always find myself getting a chai latte because it's so good. The cold brew is usually pretty sour. Good place to study alone or with a small group.
