Staff is friendly and polite. Drinks are made fairly fast. Place is usually clean. A great place to do homework and grab an iced coffee! I come here at least once a week.
Waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru, which is not that big of a deal. I wasn't in a hurry, and they were PACKED. However, I am hoping I just got the wrong thing, because I ordered a Maple Pecan Latte and it tastes exactly my Breakfast Blend Community Coffee at home. If I didn't receive the wrong thing, I'm super disappointed in that Latte flavor. Hopefully there was just a mix up..
A little swamped at certain times of the week, but great management and friendly/wonderful barista's.
