Having tire trouble on I 20 on Monday June 12. Made it to Ruston late so started calling around looking for a new tire . Everyone said they would have to order the tire and it wouldn't be in until Wednesday. Not good! Jay Walpole came up with the solution to get us on the road.sold us a used tire to get us to Jackson Mississippi where we could get a tire. He even called ahead to make sure Big 10 Tire would have the tire when we arrived. We're in and out of Jackson in 30 minutes. Saved us an extra day on the road. Walpole tires has taken care of my tires a few times when I find myself in Northern Louisiana. The service has always been welcoming, informative and honest. I know virtually nothing about tires, but that does not stop me from doing homework on the tires I'm about to buy. Usually a quick google search and I'll call two places back home. Prices are competitive. There are all kinds of service perks to buying tires with them. They are a Goodyear carrier, so that means something. Also, they are pretty fast. I don't clock them, but I find I have not burned half a day taking care of my car. In short, use them. Solid operation.
