2 large boxes delivered. Put under carport which is not very close to house entry. I cannot lift them so must wait for help. If they were at the door I could manage. Previously all deliveries were brought to the back door.
Had specific instructions from sender to leave box at door step. And they did the exact opposite. Now 8+ hours later they still havent come back like they would. It wouldnt be a huge deal if the didnt have my meds i need to keep cold.
Every single time I’ve had a package delivered through UPS, there have been problems. They always forget to add my apartment number and it ends up taking several days longer to deliver. There have been things stolen out of the mail and they still deliver it, with the package ripped open. And they have also delivered my mail to the wrong address multiple times and make no attempt to correct it.
Information they supplied to Amazon said they delivered it to my house and left ut ubder my carport. I dont own a carport and listed number for UPS in Ruston LA is not a working number.
I was having trouble getting a perishable package delivered. I spoke to the corporate office several times with no resolution. Finally, someone from the local office called me and resolved the issue. Within 30 minutes, Jeremy delivered the package to the correct address and the recipient said he was very friendly...it was almost 9pm on a Friday night. I certainly do appreciate their help.
