Great place to work out, not too busy unless you go around lunch or around 5pm.
Great gym with great staff and customer service! I lost my key fob to my car while working out and couldn't find it anywhere. After I had my spare brought to me and contacted the gym on Facebook, one of the staff went to the gym and searched until they found the fob wedged far up under a workout machine. As if that wasn't enough, they even delivered it to my husband at his work in town. Truly above and beyond customer service
There are some great members who are extremely helpful, nice people. On the other hand there are some who are a nightmare to workout around. Facilities are awesome. The same can be said about management. They come off as rude and disinterested over the phone (IF they even call you back) and always ready to get off the phone as soon as possible. Claims to want to run a gym that is well maintained but dry and rude when you talk to them. They don't care. Will Never go back except to cancel my renewal (which you have to do in writing.) Good luck to anyone in the future that joins, read the contract and use short terms. Leaves no room for backing out due to unexpected injury and/or unfortunate financial or life changes. choices to expel from contract are unreasonable by today's standards.. It's a just a gym not a prison, but they definitely treat it like one.
Its a great place to work out. I have been a member for over a year and have always felt very comfortable there. The memberships are very affordable. I've never found it overly crowded and there's plenty of equipment - especially treadmills and elliptical machines!
I have been a member at this gym for more than 4 years. It is extremely affordable and has really great equipment. Any concerns I have had were handled promptly. The gym is maintained well and is staffed from 4pm-7pm. This gym is a really good value.
