Since January I have been practicing yoga at Blue Sky in Ruston. It's wonderful there! Donna is an amazing instructor - her guidance leads me to awareness in my body and what areas the poses target. All of the teachers are great in helping me to become better in my practice. I enjoy working with them all, and always feel happy when I leave there! I've also met a lot of great people and gotten to know acquaintances better. Ruston is fortunate to have a yoga studio like Blue Sky.
My home away from home! I've been taking classes at Blue Sky for about a year and a half and still love going several times a week.
I have been attending yoga classes at Blue Sky Yoga for about 6 months. This is a very friendly and student-centered yoga studio. Donna and her staff go out of their way to assure that all students are are engaging in postures in a manner that does not exacerbate any ongoing health conditions. I have gained quite a bit of range of motion since attending classes there. Yoga at Blue Sky is affordable, on target for where you need to be working, and a friendly place! I had taken two yoga classes prior to going to Blue Sky - and I am hooked now!
