They are so welcoming and genuinely helpful. The coaches have been great and encouraging. The workouts are tough, but the results are real!

This place is incredible. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community full of people, coaches and owners that truly inspire and motivate me. They go above and beyond to provide the best/safest experience for everyone that walks through the door. It doesn’t matter what level you’re on physically, there’s no judgment, just one common goal: 1% better every day.
I LOVE Crossfit Ruston!!! It is 100% my happy place. Hard to describe it, you have to experience it! Great workouts, with great people! The Derveloy's are completely devoted to making each athlete in their box better than they were yesterday. I could never say enough about how much I love them!
Evan and Lauren have created a wonderful atmosphere here at Crossfit Ruston. The camaraderie in the gym is amazing! The workouts are fun and challenging. They accommodate for all kinds of fitness levels.
Crossfit RUSTON is more than a place to workout. It’s a family. I joined because I was stuck in a rut. I also joined to be uncomfortable. I joined to be uncomfortable around people that understand the joy in misery. I’m more flexible, stronger, and capable than I was. I’m surrounded by awesome people that get me. I have access to cutting edge knowledge and top notch coaches. I can’t think of anyplace else I’d rather be.
I have never enjoyed working out or the gym environment. Crossfit Ruston isnt like any other place I’ve ever been.
