Taking family for a dinner on last night I'm in town. Believe it or not most of them never been to a Chili's. Thought it would be great food like back in Austin Tx, where I go on regularly basic. Cool fajitas, hard rice, but at least manager took off one order and little credit. Probably not coming back to this location. Nothing is ever as good as back home.
Me and my friends came to chillis on a Sunday night around 1030. We thought it closed at 12 but we were then told it closed at 11. Our waitress smiled the whole time and never seemed aggravated! Another worker told us our server had a table with multiple people leaving without paying or tipping earlier that night and she never showed it. She was the best server I've ever had. The 5 stars is for my server!
Under seasoned food and all most no service at all the ONLY redeeming feature is its honey-chipole chicken crispers and the southwestern eggrolls if not for them i would of rated as low as i can i mean they didnt even butter the corn it was just topped with alil bluecheese
Food and service were wonderful. A new menu with new items, tried chicken and waffles for first time ever and was very pleased.
Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to and I’m a HUGE Chili’s fan! Stopped here in route to Oklahoma. My Seared Caribbean shrimp salad was dry and the lettuce was discolored. The mandarin oranges were extra soggy just nothing about the salad was fresh! My daughters chicken poppers from the children’s menu were dry as well and hardly any meat was on the inside! Pretty much nothing but skin. My boyfriend said he got a bad vibe because when he arrived there to pick up our food, nobody was at the hostess stand, stood there a little while longer and he had to go find somebody to get our pickup. If we weren’t to tired from traveling I would’ve taken our food and got our money back! Would not recommend this Chili’s!
