Rented a house from this realty....central AC doesn't work ....complained them about the problem for two weeks ....they just say somebody must have come there to fix it ..nobody appears .....house is like heated oven .......we still pay the rent but live in living room of friends house ...one of the friend got sick due to heat ...they just doesn't care ....asked either to fix it or we terminate our contract and move on to next place ..now they don't respond
