If I could give her a no star I would. We hired her to sell our home it took her 2 weeks to put the key box on the door and list it (she had the house keys with her) she did not let me know when the house was being showed by other realtors or I would have cleaned it. I ask her to give us more exposure like Zillow she said that she couldn't (I listed it on Zillow) she took my shop key I had to ask her 3 times to return it. There was an offer on the house (from my Facebook) we were going to counter offer becomes it was way under listing price so she emailed us a blank from to fill out. So because we were doing ALL the work we canceled the contract with her. She came and got her signs and the key box with the keys still in it. I had to call the board of Realtors to get my keys back but still NO keys. She mailed us an empty envelope Yes we changed the locks but should not have to.
