After having my stuff stolen at the Courtyard Marriott in Ruston, the Best Western became my new hotel of choice. I had an extended stay at this location and have had only positive experiences. So happy I switched over to this hotel!
In addition, the rooms are very clean, spacious, and luxurious. I love the modern decor. 10/10

I loved the Breakfast especially the fried eggs. The entire staff and Manager treated you like family. PM
I truly enjoyed my stay. It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Rooms and fitness center had everything I needed. Breakfast was better than most places I've stayed. The only reason for 4 (instead of 5 stars) is because the water took too long to get warm and still never got as warm/hot as I like it also had problems with my room key (didnt stay activated and had to reactivate each day). I stayed from 12/8/17 - 12/10/17 and both front desk clerks (the lady that checked me in & the male that checked me out) were both awesome the whole time. I also paid more than the going rate but I booked with BW Customer Service and not sure why it was higher over the phone ($99 per night). I will definitely stay again at my next visit. Thanks BW!
