Excellent customer service received by the night receptionist and breakfast attendant. We were automatically given a free room upgrade due to being diamond members. We frequent hotels all over the states and have never experienced the "Complimentary Manager's Reception". Tues-Thursday, this hotel sets up an evening meal, cookies, sodas & beer in the breakfast area. Nice, clean rooms...couldn't be better.
Check in was slow - had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Nice bedding. Clean room and fresh hot Breakfast. Limited shopping...nearest mall is in Monroe, La. Great place to stay otherwise. I would stay there again if I had to.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms had all the accommodations you would expect, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was on par with most complimentary hotel breakfasts. It was a little difficult to get to, but was also right off the highway. Would stay here again if passing through Ruston.
Great over all, printer was out of ink and no one knew how to replace it but not that big of a deal.
This is a great place to stay in the Ruston area. Check in was quick and simple. The front desk attendant was especially cheerful and kind. The room was clean and smelled so great I asked about the fragrance at the front desk and was told they get a lot of compliments on it. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of hot and cold items. We will stay here again.
