Very nice the staff was very friendly I really enjoyed my stay.
David Mason is a traveling music promoter who recently stayed here while traveling using Ignite Hospitality Services. He was very happy with the stay and couldn't wait to let us know about how comfortable and quiet the room was (especially after a long night of performances!) There was free parking, free breakfast, and a free pool to swim in, and a coin-op laundry to get the past few night's worth of the road off of his clothes. This is a fabulous hotel with a top-notch staff!
Room service was great. Very clean. Had a nice outside pool and little fire pit to set around. Also, had complementary dinner and drinks. Down side was no hot tub
Anytime we host out of town bands in Ruston, we set them up at the Hampton. Between the staff's friendliness, the convenient location, and the free breakfast, this hotel does not miss. Free wifi, a coin op laundry, and a great pool area make it all the better.
I stay at this hotel whenever I come to Ruston which is once or twice a year. This is a very nice hotel and I have never had a problem with any aspect of my stay. During my last stay there was a miscommunication about my reservation that required the managements authorization to fix. The employees that I spoke to were professional and understanding. The management fixed the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here next time you are stopping in Ruston.
