We stayed at the Cottage to take photos of my daughter's homecoming group in the fall. We knew it would be raining outside, but the beautiful white interior was perfect for their formals. The pictures turned out great!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE, IT IS VERY ROMANTIC AND AWAY FROM IT ALL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A WEEKEND GETAWAY.
My husband and I spent our first night as man and wife at the cottage. It was perfect, from the rose petals that met us at the door and the bottle of champagne down to the Michael Buble playing on the radio when we walked in. I just booked it to stay for our 1 year anniversary and can't wait for that night to come. It was just two miles from our house, but while we were there we were the only people in the world. The breakfast is so tasty. I especially loved the heart shaped biscuits and if you get the chance get a package with the cupcakes. My husband asked me to make sure we got those again.
The COTTAGE was the BEST 2 days I had had in such a long time. Janie, the Caretaker, took such good care of me, especially since she knew I had a broken collar bone. The COTTAGE was a wonderful retreat away from all my cares and burdens. I highly recommend it !
