The beds had dirty sheets. The next morning we saw roaches in our room. Manager replied, Well that sounds like fun. He took $20. Off our room.

We had a family death and showed up last minute and it was homecoming for Louisiana Tech. We already had family staying here and they made arrangements to take care of us. They were extremely nice and professional. The room was very nice and clean.
The staff are very courteous, the rooms are well kept, and the lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. Overall a very pleasant stay!
Very nice. Breakfast was good. Big room.
Check in attendant: General Operations and Sales Director corrected the issues we had, so I improve this rating from 1 to 5. Great job guys. We appreciate and will be returning to Marriott.
